Hey and welcome to the site that introduces the "RUNESCAPE ELITE CLAN" where we are ready to start recruiting. Now we
arent just a clan that lets people go and do anything they want, will we try and make it to go to fights in the wilderness
as well as make things and sell things to make lots of money to put towards our clan. Now we, Psycho684 and sheaxter123 are
the main curators of this clan and therefore we will be the leaders but very good leaders. For more information on how to

Now we do not have "STRICT" rules but they MUST be followed if you wouldl ike to be a part of this steadily growing community.
Now there is a slight dress code but not a big one, our dress is full rune with red capes and/or rune scimmy. Other rune or
drag weapons are allowed with our permission. Also members MUST be combat level 60+ in order for you to wear full rune and
have a drag or rune weapon.
There is also 1 other slight rule, that any1 that kills another clan member or is found guilty or giving our secrets
to another clan member, will be punished or banished from the clan.
